Responsibilities :- Responsible for handling customer line complaints / field complaints/ warranty issues/ field failures etc.
Responsible for acknowledging the complaint from customer and communicating to the concerned people.
Responsible of maintaining customer complaint log book updated & closing the points.
Responsible for submission of Corrective & preventive action reports to customer via 8D.
Responsible for to ensuring all points to be implemented at every stage as per CAPA.
Responsible for providing support to customer during complaints handling.
Responsible for collecting all information of warranty from company representatives at customer end as well as from SRM. Collection of all parts- proper communication to all suppliers arranging joint analysis at company or at field Closing of all points.
Close co-ordination with BD/ Engg/ Materials teams and Suppliers during analysing and solving problems.
Responsible for making reports of customer complaints / PPM/ warranty reports to QA Head every month

Candidate Profile :- Experience in handling OEM customer complaints as well as Warranty issues while being a part of the quality function Experience 8-12 years.
