Responsibilities :- Responsible for selection of proper raw material for all parts/products by providing proper inputs during DFMEA.
Responsible for designing and implementation of system to ensure the right material is being used at every stage of process in system via APQP.
Responsible for problem resolution (Customer complaint/ warranty/ supplier quality issues/ field failures) Material testing/ analysis / micro analysis. Responsible for Mechanical and chemical analysis.
Responsible for designing and implementing Material test plan for all incoming material.
Close co-ordination with Engg/ VD/Materials/Suppliers during analysing and solving problems.
Responsible for developing and marinating QA lab as per standards .
Responsible for making monthly reports .
Responsible for ISO/TS , OSHAS & ISO 14001 for working area.

Candidate Profile :- Candidate should be in BE (Metallurgy)Experience in a Quality lab as a metallurgist is a must. Candidate should have exp. 8-12 years
