Educational Qualification: Dip or Degree in Chemical Engineering

1) To run continous DCS operation for splitting power

2) To cordinate with Field Operator& Shift Incharge

3) To cordinate with CGS Operations for smooth running of splitting tower & CGS section

4) Plant trouble shooting

5) To fill DCS Log Book and to write Shift report

6) Proper handover harge to reliver

7) To maintain quality & quantity ofproduct as per specification

8) To actively participate in shutdown & breakdown maintenance

Skills Required:-

1) Good Communication, Able to work in different situation, Firm and accurate,prompt in correction

2) Knowledge of continuous process plant with DCS control system. Knowledge of process chemistry and philotsophy of operation, Knowledge of reading PFD, P & ID and inbuilt safety of plant through logic and interlock.
3) Knowledge of handling different types of drives, machineries, equipments, heat exchangers, reactors, catalysts,. Knowledge of safety awareness in handling flammable / toxic chemicals, petrochemicals.
