General PurposeAnswer incoming calls from customers, answer to inquiries and questions, complaints and provide information, answering product-related questions, co ordination with departments to update customer on status of complaints, forwarding complaints to the relevant departments.Also outbound calls to customers to collect information or conduct follow-up/ calls to dealers, updating customers on complaints if required etc.Main Job Tasks and Responsibilitiesanswer phones professionallyrespond to customer inquiries & describe productsdata entry and maintenance of customer/ potential customer data basesReceive and forward complaints if any to the concerned dept.provide customers with product and service informationInitiate and record customer information in case of orders to be placedidentify and escalate matters requiring priority route calls to appropriate resourcefollow up customer calls where necessarycomplete call logscomplete call reports Contact Details
