Job responsibilities:

Answering calls and resolving customer requests, queries, and questions
Providing customers with product and service information
Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls
Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff

Job specification:

Basic communication skills in English
Fluent in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu or Malayalam (Candidate should be fluent in any one of these languages)
Candidate should have good customer service skills
Should be open to work in 24*7 environments
Candidate should be Graduates / Under Graduates / PUC-12th Pass
Freshers and experienced both can apply
