As a Client Relationship Executive your responsibilities include the following

~ Generate business for the company by calling up an established database of potential customers / business partners and making them understand about the companys Products and Services.
~ Contact the customers regularly to ask them about their requirements and respond to all relevant issues and requests in the best way.
~ Convert prospective customer into actual customers.
~ Accomplish the agreed levels of calling activity to raise revenue or volume streams
~ Manage complete service delivery process from initiation of query / order through to delivery while constantly keeping the client informed
~ Monitor the delivery of services purchased by the customer, coordinate execution and equipment deliveries and provide excellent post sale support
~ Follow up with clients to measure their satisfaction with the service provided, with a view of securing further business
~ Identify and maximise all upsell and cross sell opportunities
~ Keep a record of client contacts and purchase orders, updating files, tools, systems or shared reports, while keeping track of useful information.

Essential Requirement

~ Fresh Graduates in Arts, Commerce or Science with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
~ Effective negotiator and communicator with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
~ Should be fluent in speaking English
~ Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel essential
~ Should have pleasant personality, good presentation and convincing skills
~ Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented and a flair for Sales
~ Self-starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skills
~ Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
~ Must be able to handle multiple tasks
~ Customer focus
