A Female Front Office Executive cum Receptionist with an appealing personality, with a good command over English and Hindi with knowledge of Computers (Basics, Ms Word, Ms. Excel).

Desired Candidate profile

Handling the front Office desk, calls, visitors, guest and customers.
Attending the Calls and Transfer to concern department.
Handling All Administrative works.
Handling dispatch of courier and their follow up.
Maintaining computerized record of call billing.
Making travel arrangements, Hotel bookings, fixing appointments.
Follow up with vendors and payment follow up with them.
Booking training rooms, upkeep & arrangement. Handling the Mobile connections.
Computer knowledge must

Experience: 1 to 2 yrs

Education: Graduate
Salary: 72000 to 96000
