Hire, train and develop sales staff Motivate sales staff and monitor their production levels by using the established protocols and sales systems To make budget for new membership and renewal based on the growth rate set by the company. To envisage proper strategy to achieve monthly targets and follows up with sales team rigorously. To have proper process and discipline across corporate owned gym, Joint Venture Gym and franchisee gyms. Training of Fitness Consultant on scientific selling on continuous basis. Conduct case studies and mock sessions every month to improve their selling skills. Coordinate with the Marketing team and provide timely information to map the success of marketing activity. Provide valuable inputs to the marketing team to plan their short term and long term marketing activities. Set target for sales team based on the performance, experience and remuneration to achieve short term and long term new membership and renewal target. Prepare and present a quality MIS every month to create benchmarks in terms of conversion ratio, average yield per member, average revenue per FCs, monthly average buddy referrals. Provide inputs to the operations team which will help to improve customer service and in turn improve retention. Ensure the FCs are following all systems, processes, guidelines and standard operating procedures which will include filling up of all standard forms & reports & update of software in a daily basis. Ensure the FCs are aware of the latest development in the company in terms of new policies, new gyms or any other new initiative taken by the company. Suggest, formulate and implement new policies , procedures and guidelines for new membership & renewals in coordination with the corporate team.For own Sales generation: Generates sales leads through Companysponsored (walk-ins and TIs) and employee sponsored outreach programs and promotions Maintains accurate records of all Company-sponsored and employee-sponsored leads Follows up on all prospects by using established sales systems Conduct gym tours using established sales systems Conduct telephone inquiries using established sales systems Establish and maintain a minimum of 3 lead boxes/ tie-ups in the community on a monthly basis Must establish and maintain a minimum required referral program as defined by Company standards Maintain FC planner using established sales systems Successfully completed the FC Training courses Complete all formalities of a member that joins / transfers / renews his membership Makes courtesy calls to all new members (3rd, 10th, 30th day) and thereafter once a month to maintain relationships and ensure the members is regular in using the gym Enter Guest courtesy forms in software Make regular weekly reports Company Profile Fitness Industry
