Responsibilities :- Responsibility for entire manufacturing operations including
Managing throughput, productivity, and overall labor efficiencies to meet revenue objectives and lower the cost structure
Develop and manage the site budgets and lead and drive change that affects the site
Ensure compliance with company, customer and legal standards
Driving the continuous improvement programs to improve quality, reduce scrap and overall facility costs to meet gross profit targets
Determining and managing the performance goals for employees to enhance the facilities ability to meet objectives established by the corporation while enhancing employee morale
Vetting suppliers and optimizing supplier costs and harnessing relations Participate in developing the supply chain strategies and business plans
Actively supporting the Company policies, procedures, and workplace rules including environmental, health, and safety objectives.

Candidate profile :- Around 8+ years experience with flexible packaging manufacturing companies with experience in extrusion of film is must You should be Hands on yet able to create a team around him to manage the day to day functions
Proven knowledge of multi layer film, process / bag making
Experience of polymers for various application
Tenacity and a can do attitude.
