Developing new vendors on the basis of various abilities, i.e. cost, quality, product category & delivery lead times.

Assessment of vendor base on regular basis & their continuous up gradation, in tandem with organizations evolving requirements

Creating proactive sourcing strategies based on competitor analysis, due diligence, market trends etc.

Partnering with the design and product development teams.

To implement the strategy for retail expansion based on market research & mapping

Building relationship with the local business community for acquiring franchisees & property sites.
