Candidate will be responsible and accountable for overall garment quality of India and Sri Lanka.

Also responsible for enhancing product and process quality of contractors. by providing technical expertise, leadership and issue resolution skills.

Responsible for cross functional/departmental integration and implementation of new processes. Making certain that the team is updated on all quality and product safety aspects. Make certain that all garment samples are manufactured according to specifications.

Candidate with minimum 10 12 years experience in garment manufacturing (QA/Technical). Detailed knowledge of all Production Functions in denim,woven and knit garment manufacturing. Ability to integrate branch objectives with quality expectations. Knowledge of fabric behavior with regard to fabric construction and finishing processes

Candidate will be based at Bangalore handling India and Srilanka, should be very strong technically and should be good in denim bottoms, should have good team management experience.
