Job Description Key Skills: Business Director, Hands on experience in Digital Marketing. Has handled auto4 Wheeler clients.
Position : Business Director - Automobile ClientReports to : Managing DirectorSUMMARY:The Business Director is responsible for Business management, client reporting and overall fiscal health of the key accounts. The Incumbent in this role is heavily engaged in strategic planning to oversee all execution, teams multiple lines of business, developing and executing synergistic solutions which help our Clients to grow their business and gain market share. The Business Director ensures that solutions provided are on strategy and meet Agencys standards and client expectations. The Incumbent should manage all Relationship Marketing and digital marketing elements including but not limited to: digital advertising, content development, and destination development, strategic partnerships, Data Marketing and CRM. He also supervises overall performance management for assigned team members.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Account Management / Project Management-Direct client management of all levels of the client organisation.-Ability to control scope, budgets and timelines.-Ability to inform the development of Relationship Management and digital project plans in terms of identifying key streams of work and skills required to delivery.-Lead the teams across different time-zones and geographies.-Coordinate and interface with different associated agencies within the client.Digital & Relationship Marketing Strategy.-Ability to lead the client in understanding of web user design principles and interaction architecture.-Understanding of online media, search and web analytics.-Ability to develop a vision for the client of where they need to be and a phased roadmap to attain the visionGeneral Management-Partner with Team Blue agencies and ensure high fidelity implementation of launch plans.-To help Corp HR in interviewing candidates for positions in Chennai-Provide leadership and guidance to the local(India) team.-Maintain the fiscal health of theREQUIRED SKILLS:Ability to Build a organization from scratchComprehensive understanding of online strategy, marketing, media concepts, branding and relationship Marketing.Dynamic leadership, management and team building skills.Experience in the Auto Industry.Successful track record managing multiple client assignments.Well versed in multiple marketing disciplines and channels including brand strategy, direct response, digital/interactive, sales promotion, advertising, trade show marketing, etc.Excellent communication and business writing skills, with engaging presentation style and ability to build consensus while leading cross-functional teamA thorough understanding of database management strategies and customer relationship management (CRM)High level of integrity and professionalism that instills confidence and earns respect from clients, senior management and teams under his/her supervisionStrong analytical skills and ability to evaluate marketing results, trends and customer insightsSalary:Best in the Industry.
