The Digital Planner position is a combination of account planning, strategy and analytics in the digital ecosystem. Our ideal candidate is strategic, observant, analytical, and perceptive about consumer behavior on digital media and strong on brand marketing and communication. He / She needs to understand and funnel analytics, primary and secondary research data into actionable insights that influence both our client and our account, creative, media and technology teams.

Responsibilities:

1.Working with key internal and external stakeholders on strategic communication planning

2.Developing customer acquisition, retention and conversion strategies, specifically for the Indian market

3.Developing briefs that lead to development of innovative and awe inspiring ideas

4.Adapting and refining global customer targeting and segmentation strategies to the Indian marketplace

5.Performing strategic analysis, conducting competitive and market best practices surveys/audits

6.Reviewing third-party research regarding marketing best practices, consumer trends, etc. and developing reports for the client

7.Develop key insights and recommendations based on digital analytics and market research data

8.Coordinating with media and analytics teams to make sure findings form basis for strategic planning

9.Delivering short and long term strategy to integrate organic, paid search, social media and mobile channels

10.Providing ongoing updates on industry trends, issues, site features and best practices

11.Supporting site reporting activity including definition of key metrics and development of reporting framework

12.Supporting client requirements on internal/external business cases with strategic thinking, research and analysis efforts

3.Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

4.Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to visually depict client business realities

5.Familiarity with online analytics measures, terminology, benchmarks

6.Comfortable with being able to quickly come on-board and immediately demonstrate value
