DesignationDigital PlannerDepartmentStrategy & PlanningReports toDigital Planning DirectorThe Digital Planner position is a combination of account planning, strategy and analytics in the digital ecosystem. Our ideal candidate is strategic, observant, analytical, and perceptive about consumer behavior on digital media and strong on brand marketing and communication. He / She needs to understand and funnel analytics, primary and secondary research data into actionable insights that influence both our client and our account, creative, media and technology teams.Responsibilities:1.Working with key internal and external stakeholders on strategic communication planning2.Developing customer acquisition, retention and conversion strategies, specifically for the Indian market3.Developing briefs that lead to development of innovative and awe inspiring ideas4.Adapting and refining global customer targeting and segmentation strategies to the Indian marketplace5.Performing strategic analysis, conducting competitive and market best practices surveys/audits6.Reviewing third-party research regarding marketing best practices, consumer trends, etc. and developing reports for the client7.Develop key insights and recommendations based on digital analytics and market research data8.Coordinating with media and analytics teams to make sure findings form basis for strategic planning9.Delivering short and long term strategy to integrate organic, paid search, social media and mobile channels10.Providing ongoing updates on industry trends, issues, site features and best practices11.Supporting site reporting activity including definition of key metrics and development of reporting framework12.Supporting client requirements on internal/external business cases with strategic thinking, research and analysis effortsSalary:Best In the Industry Industry:Advertising, PR, MR, Event Management Functional Area:Marketing, Advertising, MR, PR Role Category:Advertising Role:Client Servicing/Key Account Manager Keyskills:Hands - on experience or understanding of web analytics tools SiteCatalyst / WebTrends and listening tools Radian6 / Brandtology / SM2 Desired Candidate Profile Education:(UG - Any Graduate) AND (PG - Any PG Course)Education and Experience:1.Bachelor's Degree required2.Advanced Degree/MBA preferred3.5 - 7 years consulting or agency experience in digital or response marketing4.Hands-on experience or understanding of web analytics tools (SiteCatalyst / WebTrends) and listening tools (Radian6 / Brandtology / SM2)Skills/Qualifications:1.Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills2.Detail-oriented, with excellent writing and analysis skills, with high standards for quality of thinking3.Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently4.Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to visually depict client business realities5.Familiarity with online analytics measures, terminology, benchmarks6.Comfortable with being able to quickly come on-board and immediately demonstrate value Contact Details
