1. Conceptualising and designing learning initiatives / interventions

2. Developing / writing training content for functional as well as behavioural programs basis Adult Learning & ID Principles

3. Managing & developing content team members

4. Enable & support trainers in delivering the developed content

Knowledge, Skills & Preferences:

In-depth subject knowledge of various training domains

In-depth knowledge of

- learning styles and types of learners

- ID principles

- Adult learning principles

- Various training methodologies & methodology mix to address all learning styles

Excellent communication and writing skills

Ability to conceptualise end-to-end learning framework

Ability to develop customised TNA templates

Ability to understand expressed and latent training needs of the client

Pleasant personality

Good presentation creating skills with aesthetic sense

Proficiency in MS Office
