Job Description Key Skills: Recruitment Executive, bpo hiring,mass hiring,bpo recruitment,recruiter,talent sourcing
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:- Greets candidates upon arrival and escorts them to their interview location.- Inputs necessary information into the applicant/resume tracking database in an accurate and timely manner under general supervision.- Provide general support for the HR department including copying, faxing, typing, and supply maintenance.- Distributes mail to the recruitment staff.Processes all recruitment related invoices (i.e., advertisement fees, outside vendor services, etc.) and recruitment staff travel and entertainment expense reports.- Stocks recruitment supplies such as folders, videos, promotional items, etc.- Generates new employee packets to keep up with demand.Education & Professional Certifications:High school diploma or equivalent with three to six months work experience, not necessarily in related fieldCandidate Profile:Good oral and written communication skills.General knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to organize and maintain confidential files.Knowledge of general office practice and business etiquette.
