1) To be the first point of contact to the customers as well as to the brokers who already purchased the property in Derabassi

2) To Ensure that all the documentation work and commercial work in Derabassi & Baddi projects are done in a proper code of conduct.

3) Complete customer satisfaction is the moto by resolving each and every query of Derabassi & Baddi project with regard to their respective documentation.

4) To ensure that the target of the month in terms of recoveries be completed 100% by implementing calling, Emails, Broker interactions etc on daily basis.

5) To ensure that the correct & true information be provided to the customers of Derabassi & Baddi project from commercial department in derabassi.

6) Is responsible for all cash transactions for Derabassi & Baddi projects, Budget reports for derabassi Marketing & Commercial Expenses, Bank Coordination for Cheques & cash deposits.
