Ensure timely contracts with suppliers for B class items such as Process oils, chemicals, weft etc through better negotiation, initiating development projects with vendors and ensuring that uniform procedures are in place for vendor development/ self certification and vendor rating across all TTB units.

Reduction in cost of conversion and ensure continuous supply of approve quality of B class raw materials.

Resolve issues related to delivery with unit MLT / MT and BSCT members.

Manage issues concerning B class items status of negotiation, contracts etc (depending on quarterly, half yearly and yearly contracts)

Interact with suppliers to know the market situation.

Interaction with suppliers to resolve chronic problems faced by the units

Developing capability to analyze the supply position and doing quick changes in both sourcing

Providing strategic inputs for setting directions, reviewing business deliverables for B class items and for planning counter measures.

Effective implementation and continuous monitoring of breakthrough and daily management themes for the process through continuous reviews and intervention.
