Graduation B.Tech/BE Computers/Graduation with computers/PG M.Sc. Computers/MCA

Version control and configuration management

Experience in developing web based and/or interactive media products

Proper SDLC understanding

Knowledge of Agile and test driven development methods

Database Design experience

Quality assurance

Extensive experience with one or more of the following:

XML, XSLT, XPATH, XQUERY, DTD

VB.NET, C#.net, ASP.net, PHP

IIS, Apache

RAD tools like Macromedia Dreamweaver, XML Spy or similar XML editor

RDBMS preferably Microsoft SQL server

Dynamic Javascripts frameworks like JQuery or Ext JS, AJAX, VBScript, Perl

HTML 4.0/5.0, XHTML and CSS

Interactive multimedia development with Flash

Cross browser compatibility testing

Web server configuration preferably IIS

Excellent presentation and communication skill.

Should be aware of latest trends of website developments like social networking integration, blogging, wiki etc.

Should have experience on multiuser web applications

Good exposure to server side programming
