Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop methodologies to support Analytical project execution

Ability to solution analytics project in any domain

Supervise statistical models creation and other adhoc analysis to support clients

Apply appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis and so on

Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis

Partner with client teams to understand business problems and marketing strategies

Develop Customer Analytics practice within the client

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Drive creation of Value Offerings

Manage a team of analytics resources to ensure that deliverables are met with quality and in a timely fashion.

Performance management of the team

Desired Candidate Profile
Education:

(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)

8-10 years of overall experience, including 3-4 years of quantitative analysis for analytics Prefer candidate with hands on experience in building statistical models. Prefer candidate with marketing/ distribution experience.

For SM 10+ years of experience will be required

MS in Statistics, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields or MBA (Preferred)

A stint in business side (pre analytics experience) will be preferred

Should have consulting skills/ project management experience

Exposure to US/ overseas Markets is preferred

Strong ability to work in startup kind of environment

Desire and ability to collaborate with business partners and drive initiatives

Ability to tie analytic solutions to business/industry value and outcomes

Technical Skills:

Proficient in SAS / SQL or any other statistical tool.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Basic understanding of statistics

Domain experience or should have handled projects in either of the below areas:

1 Warranty Analytics

2 Telecom - Contact Center Technology / SOA

3 SCM Sourcing & Procurement or SPS

4 Analytics Retail
