Creating Distribution Channel

Identifying and networking with entrepreneurs for converting them to Franchisees of the Company.

Identifying innovative distribution channel for sales of products and services.

Processing documentation for agreement sign up with identified partners.

Supporting franchisee centres to start-up as per prescribed designs for center.

Support in recruitment and approval and training of all center personnel.

Designing and monitoring launch plan of centers
