Driving vertical focused top line business by new client acquisition & retention of existing cliente. People Management Strong experience in handling teams and keeping them motivated towards higher performance levels. Focus on increasing market share via Enterprise or large accounts on pan India basis. Training & enhancing productivity of the team. To create / maintain excellent relationships with clients and with the specified persons and be able to tailor pitch the product according to their specifications. Ensure timely collection of all revenue from clients. To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales. Assist the team in interacting regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship. Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business professionalism & Integrity.
