Nature of experience:

Exposure to Industrial products or services, Ideally handled a technical sales or Service role. Experience of working in a matrix organization, Exposure to Channel/ Customer Sales.

Job Responsibilities:

Undertake customer trials and Co-ordinate with AMG/ AE team to drive business development.

Mapping of existing market segments, Monitoring competition

Investigation of Customer Complaints and being part of corrective action along with process / R&D team.

Coordinate with R&D team to validate new products through field trials.

Conduct customer awareness seminars and training for DSE, BDEs

Technical Competencies:

Ability to understand engineering application and suggest relevant product

Ability to trouble shoot product related complaints
