WHO CAN APPLY (INDUSTRY PREFERENCES): Exposure in Front Line Sales of Industrial Consumables like cutting tools, cutting oil, abrasives, welding industry. Experience in handling a dealers network is a must. The candidate should be open for relocation anywhere India or atleast in the region.Job Responsibilities / AccountabilitiesThe Incumbent will have overall responsibility for: Meeting annual sales target for assigned territory. Promoting a wide range of Industrial Abrasives directly to customers (engineering customers, small retail customers) as well as through dealer network. (project site requirements) Appointment of dealers in the region and imparting training to the dealer staff on products and services Conduct product trials at the dealers and customers ends Role Specification: Should have experience in handling customers directly as well as through channel. Selling consumables/ spares, engineered products. Exposure to Auto Castings / Welding Electrodes/ Foundry / Cutting Tools / Industrial Consumables / Refractory industry would be an added benefit. Experience in managing distributors is desired.Desired Profile Qualifications: BE or BTECH or Diploma in Mechanical Experience: AGE: 25 to 28 years handling sales for entire South India) Previous Experience: Application engineering, product engineering, product development Exposure to diversified engineering component manufacturers, industrial technical products Technical & Behavioral Competencies: Effective problem solving techniques Concept selling abilities Root cause analysis, Failure mode analysis.
