The assignment involves very close interaction with customers from major industry segments such as Automotive, Atomic Energy, Aircraft, Aerospace, Defense and Steel plants., understanding the end use, sourcing needs and recommending the most appropriate technology and package from product range and justify against competitive processes. The Products include Metal forging related products like hydraulic open die forging presses, hydraulic closed die forging presses, eccentric presses, screw presses, wedge presses, extrusion presses, knuckle joint presses, radial forging machines, electrical upsetters, hot and cold swaging machines, ring rolling mills, warm and cold forging application presses, powder compacting & callibrating presses, hydraulic and pneumatic single action, double action and counterblow hammers and isothermal forging presses from leading manufacturers in the world.

The products are typically high value (minimum INR 6 Crore)

The incumbent should have specialist technical tendencies and an ability to operate within a structured environment. He should be reflective by nature, enjoy working in areas which involve concepts, equipment, ideas and problem solving. The function also calls for a sound depth of knowledge and experience and ability to achieve results through expertise and clearly defined parameters.

He should have drive, assertion and persistence to see a job through conclusion. Should be tenacious, structured, methodical, organised, inquisitive, factual, cautious, systematic, shrewd, self-reliant, hard-working and have a strong need to maintain quality and achieved a worthwhile result. A probing, questioning and objective approach is also called for in this position.

Desired Profile

A metallurgy / mechanical graduate engineer with 10 years or more of field experience in marketing or production planning / production experience of similar products.

Preferred age : around 35 years

Track record of successes with references needed.

Excellent communication ability, team work and a strong ambition to grow should be evident during interview
