Profile :-

1. Application Support & Service Engineering & team handling for CNC Machines (VMC, HMC, DCMC, Grinders)

2. Market Survey & Analysis.

3. Co-ordination with Dealers.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. To attend all kind of service calls of our machine from all our customers.

2. To maintain good reputation with all our customers.

3. To attain service revnue target for the region.

4. To book AMC contracts

Secondary Responsibilities:

1. To assist sales division to promote sales of machine by pre-sales service & application support.

Desired Profile

Professional & Education Requirement:-

1. BE (Mech. / Electrical / Mechatronics)

2. DIPLOMA.(Mech. / Electrical / Mechatronics)

3. Experience of Service / Application of Machine Tools (Especially for Imported Machine Tools).

4. Languages Known Hindi, English.

Experience: About Min 4 Years in Machine Tool Manufacturing Company or with an Agency handling Machine Tools.
