To be responsible for the budgets & targets of the kitchen section and achievement of the same as per the annual business plan through the team

To coordinate with L&D for the product, process and behavioural training

To ensure implementation of SOPs on the floor

To be involved in the store recruitment at store level

To track customer deliveries as per the committed schedules in consultation with logistics, category and DM - Support and give feedback to the deputy / assistant manager furniture

To maintain accurate customer database at the store level

To coordinate with DM - Support for availability of proper kitchen display on the floor

To ensure modular kitchen designs are delivered to customer within 48 hours of site inspection and measurement

To ensure that order processing is done as per prescribed SOP

To give feedback kitchen bookings on a daily basis to deputy or assistant manager furniture

To ensure proper display at all times in the section

To ensure accurate pricing in the section at all times

To ensure implementation of all offers, promotions and schemes in the section

To mentor the team and groom them for the next level role

To identify and retain high potential team members

To counsel and performance manage team members
