Job Responsibilities:

Discussion with the AM Design on the decided out put on the ongoing design projects & previous days status & achievement/updates.

Discussion with the AM build on the decided out put on the ongoing design projects & previous days status & achievement/updates.

Discussion with the co ordinator regarding the previous day's updates & programme for the day,related to material deliveries deliveries,etc.

Discussion with the Rms on the customer communication done on the previous day & planned communication for the day,with issues if any.

Working on the business development strategies & activities.

Taking a store round for a daily update on the store scenario & LOB/Unit head interaction.

Supporting the team when the customers are being attended & ensuring they are attended properly.

Interacting with the staff to ensure the scheduled tasks are being taken care of properly.

Getting the weekly reports,trackers,etc. organised.

Checking all the reports thoroughly before forwarding.

Discussing the respective reports with the team heads,eg. Execution report with the ex. Head.,design report with the design head,etc.(Weekly review)

Attending weekly store meeting.

Visiting the ongoing sites with the build head.

Cross checking the achievement in the previous week against the targeted figures.

Discussing with the team & working out a strategy for the coming week & discussing the same with the UH

Ensuring Hcare update by the co ordinator.

Checking projectwise documentation.

Organising monthly reports.

Having a separate meeting with each key person eg. Co ordinator,AM-Build,AM-Design

Studying the monthly performance & the target achieved.

Conducting a Joint meeting of the staff & sharing the performances.

Discussing the performance & achievement related issues with the UH.Taking his advise on the planned business strategy for the coming month.

Checking all the documentations,Hcare update,BAI collections etc.

Visitng the key clients for their inputs,this would help in giving them personal attention & ensure continuity in the business.

Conducting OSP meetings.
