Job Responsibilities:

Coordination & getting updates from OSP of execution stage projects, manpower allocation & site progress.

Coordination with OSP & designers for discussion of designs in execution stage projects.

Tracking of bar chart for the execution stage projects

Site visits in co ordination with OSP & Client

Attending to client feedback, suggestions & issues about dwgs / clarifications / material delivery from OSP

Weekly meeting with the AM design for ongoing & design stage project progress review.

Site visit with the designer and OSP for design check & design approvals, checking & certification of RA bills & quality assurance of execution projects. Taking photographs of execution stage projects.

Meeting with customers for site progress update, follow up for pending PO & payments of vendors.

Coordination with the designers / design studio for the submission of execution designs

Coordination with the LOB for delivery of materials scheduled for execution work.

Coordination with designers for the updates of the projects in the design stage.

Taking a store round & interacting with the LOBs & getting updated on the new products, etc.

Meeting with the AM design for project review & sales achievement against target.

Connecting with the RMs on the client feed back on the quality of the work being executed & connecting with the clients wherever required.

Checking & certifying of final bills, attending & getting done rectification of final snag lists from OSP, final handing over of site to client & getting completion certificate from client.

Interacting with the LOBs on the product inputs, sharing end users inputs on the products,etc.

Taking photographs of completed sites & documenting it.
