- Candidate has to have experience in interiors (preferably from real estate, hotels etc), BE - Civil (full time) from a reputed institute with a good academic back ground.

-Graduate Engineer (Civil) with a good academic background

-7-10 years of rich experience

-Should have experience in Interiors (From real Estate, Hotels etc)

-Should have end to end project experience in at least one large project

-Good at tendering and Contracting and expediting

-Knowledge in obtaining statutory approvals

-Communication skills;

-People Management skills;

-Interpersonal skills;

-Planning and Coordination skills;

- Should be comfortable to relocate to Kolkata
