A. Functional Activities: - Conceptualisation, Planning & Designing experience of Coal Gas Distribution / Gas based projects Understanding of demand assessment & Project cost estimation. Techno Commercial & Regulatory understanding of projects. Pipeline designing and Configuration

B. Client Management: - Engage regularly with client counterparts. Take feedback on progress and quality of delivery. Lead discussions with client teams. Participate (along with business head) with client top management

C. Thought Structuring: - Conceptualise frameworks for analysing the problem and developing solutions; lead and create discussions with the project team to generate and brainstorm ideas.

D. Adherence to systems & processes: - Ensure adherence to quality standards goals of the SBU. Ensure compliance to organisational processes, values and culture Quality assurance of deliverables and output

Team development: - Coach team members and ensure knowledge transfer Identify training needs of team members; Ensure key training needs of team members are addressed.
