Education:

(UG - B.Com, LLB) OR (PG - M.Com, LLM) The person will be a part of the Finance Team taking care of the following responsibilities:

- Statutory and Regulatory Compliance

- Develop process and implement Contract Management System

- Develop Litigation Management Systems, Suits, Writ Petitions, Company Petitions for corporate restructuring, amalgamations under the Companies Act.

- Customs and Central Excise, before Commissioner (Appeals), CESTAT, High Court and Supreme Court. Matters pertaining to Sales Tax/VAT, Service Tax, Entry Tax and Works Contract Tax.

- Indirect Taxation Laws
