Position Summary

Primary responsibility is to deliver analytics.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Support development of statistical models to support HR analytics offerings and solutions.
Develop statistical testing programs to measure and improve on-going performance of the organizations HR function.
Apply appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis and so on

Requirements:
1-12 years of experience in analytics and reporting
Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Statistics or Quantitative Science
Should have done forecasting/modeling, data analysis, used regression/optimization models and techniques.
Must have exposure to SAS
Strong ability to extract strategic insights from large data sets
Good communication skills
Open to extensive travel (3-6 months at a stretch)

Technical Skills:
Proficient in SAS and SQL
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong SQL Skills
Ability to understand various RDBMS and the capability to extract data as needed.
