Key Skills: Product Manager,

We need a person who can front-end and drive our Hot Deals product. Therefore, the person must have the following experience and ability:

1. Should have worked with some deal site for at least about an year or so.

2. Should be aware and understand how to source good deals, the market-making around deals and how we can carve a niche for Hot Deals.

3. Person should be 25-plus years of age.

4. Open for relevant candidate.

5. MBA preferred.

6. The person has to be focused on driving deals and the revenues and the market-making. The fulfillment need not be a strong area of this person.

7. Good communication skills, ability to network with clients to get the deals.

8. Minimum 1 or 2 years to be dedicated for Hot Deal sourcing only and prior experience in sales preferred.

9. Total Experience: 6 to 8 years.

5. To work with fulfillment team to ensure high quality thru-put.
