Responsible for ticketing arrangements for the client

Domestic Ticketing and Reservation

-provide fare information

-process (re)confirmations

-process special requests, seats

-create PNR's

-execute refunds

-rebook passengers

Responsible for complete travel operations & to handle the ticketing

Responsible for Itinerary preparation, handle customer queries and follow ups.

Responsible for offering cheapest option to client

Excellent product knowledge imperative
