CA with good experience in IT Audit (Application and Database/Infrastructure layer) in SAP environment or exposure in Internal Audit of Manufacturing concerns with strong interpersonal and communication skills and willing to travel. Preferably done articleship in a good CA firm and having US Visa. Should be willing to join in short notice.

Exposure to IT Audit in SAP environment will be an added advantage.

Strengthen and monitor control environment.

Ensuring compliance of the process with the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act of 2002 and other internal and external audits.

Prepare and review SOx design documentation (narratives) and tests of operational effectiveness to ensure continued compliance of Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
