Accountable for preparing GAAP-basis consolidated financial statements that support internal and external (SEC) reporting; including the Company's consolidated income statement and statement of cash flows.

Accomplished through the recording of journal entries, report maintenance and reconciliation of financial systems (Oracle and EMIS) on a monthly basis.

Candidate should be able to provide financial statement analysis to explain the key drivers of change.

Responding to ad hoc requests and project work are also required.

Consolidation of US GAAP Financials for 10Q/10K filings as per SEC guidelines and audit by statutory auditors.
