Must have extensive experience in Ethnic Indian Cuisine. You must ensure highest standards of quality, food safety and hygiene. You must have good kitchen managerial skills, have an ability to work under pressure in a high volume busy kitchen, be a team player and strong team builder. You must be confident, professional, highly flexible and have a welcoming personality.
Must be well conversant and proficient in
Chicken Makhani, Chicken Curry, Chicken Vindaloo, chicken Korma, saag Lamb, lamb korma, chicken Tikka Masala, shrimp Masala, , Paneer Tikka Masala Saag Paneer, Palakh Paneer, Malai Koftha, Bhindi Rajasthni, aloo gobi, aloo mutter, daal makhini etc
The incumbent must be qualified in Hotel Management with atleast 5 10 years of exp and with good knowledge of spoken English. Knowledge of a foreign language would be an added advantage.
This job is on work permit for 24 months
No of Openings: 2
Must be able to speak Hindi/Telugu/Bengali (to interact with other employees) alongwith English
Age not more than 38 years
Experience of around 5 10 years preferred.
It is unlawful to live and work in Canada without a Valid work permit.
Pl note that this position is on work permit and it is the candidate who will have to bear his work permit expenses and only such candidates who are in a position to spend need respond.

Validity of work permit 12 months renewable
