Specific Skills:
Prepare and cook full course meals, Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods, Plan menus, Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions, Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)

Essential Skills:
Working with others, Continuous learning

Other:
Functional English required; Must have experience in marinating & making variety of east Indian Tandoori food such as Tandoori chicken, chicken tikka, lamb tikka , Fish Tikka , Tandoori Wings, Kebab Platter, Seek Kebab, Tandoori Mushroom,Chicken Malai Tikka, King Prawns etc
must speak fluent English
The incumbent must be qualified in Hotel Management with atleast 5 - 10 years of exp and with good knowledge of spoken English. Knowledge of a foreign language would be an added advantage.
This job is on work permit for 12 months renewable

Must be able to speak Hindi/Telugu/Bengali(to interact with other employees) alongwith English
Age not more than 38 years
Experience of around 5 10 years preferred.
It is unlawful to live and work in Canada without a Valid work permit.
Pl note that this position is on work permit and it is the candidate who will have to bear his work permit expenses and only such candidates who are in a position to spend need respond.
