The Sales Head is responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new members and selling renewals/upgrades to current gym members.The Sales Head is also responsible for the sales targets of the gym with the support of the Fitness consultants Hire, train and develop sales staff Motivate sales staff and monitor their production levels by using the established protocols and sales systems Hold daily production meeting with sales team Establish and maintain the company protocol for sales tours and price presentation Maintain and direct training and development of gym sales staff Establish and maintain an active referral system with the sales team Audit sales team on a monthly basis Submit monthly game plan for training, promotions and department meetings to Chief Operations Officer / Director.Any queries Contact Albina 022-23694659 Thanks,Albina,Golds Gym HR TEAMSalary:INR 1,25,000 - 2,25,000 P.A.
