Restaurant Manager Fine Dining Multi Cuisine Restaurant -West Midlands UK
The client is a Fine dining Multi Cuisine Restaurant offering a range of Indian, Thai, Italian & Chinese Dishes
The successful restaurant manager will be required to manage the restaurant ensuring exceptional service and presentation of all aspects of food & beverage to guests, whist making certain that they receive the highest possible standard of customer care at all times. The restaurant manager will also be responsible for recruitment, departmental budgets, wage control, training, sales, rostering, managing holidays, departmental communication, appraisals, department health & safety and duty management.
Age not more than 35 years
