Job Designation: HR recruiter.
Experience :1-2 yrs. Experience in recruiting candidates from Manufacturing industries are most preferable.

Educational Qualification: M.B.A or Post Graduate in HRM (Full Time Course)

Job Location : Chennai- Perungudi (Near RMZ Business Park)

Job Description:

* Candidate must have experience in end to end recruitment.
* Source candidates through networking, cold calling, Headhunting, Job boards (Naukri, Times jobs, Monster), LinkedIn and other professional websites effectively.
* Understanding of the recruitment industry
* Conduct pre-screening interviews.
* Hand-hold candidate to increase offer to joinee conversion.
* Display excellent customer service towards internal and external customers.
* Create and maintain productive relationships, effectively network and influence candidates.
* Hands on experience in job postings, use of mass mailing, downloads in excel etc.
* Hand on experience in MIS reports.
* Good Communication, listening skills and ability to capture document and communicate client needs
* Organized, detail-oriented and capable of working effectively.
* Driven and confident enough to take initiatives solve problems and achieve objectives in a dynamic environment.
