Job Description Key Skills: Recruitment/payroll
Conducting screening interviews with qualified primarily exempt professional candidates from the internal job posting system and from external applicants. Screening out those candidates who do not meet the minimum qualifications for the specific job, recording reasons for rejection and informs candidates. Referring qualified applicants to respective department manager. Coordination of interview schedules with others as needed. Performing reference checks as necessary. Ensuring that all necessary pre-hire testing for all candidates has been performed.
