Preparation of agenda, minutes of board/committee/general meetings.
To be a part of internal audit team - to carry out internal audits .
Personal Asistance to CXOs.
Maintain appointment calender, schedule appointments, conferences and meetings.
Maintain financial transactions of office funds.
Maintain confidential information of office related information.
Preparation of correspondence, reports and memos.
Day to day office management.
