Special Skills and Qualifications:
4-5 years of Business Analysis experience
Strong healthcare experience
Experience with SDLC life cycle with different methodologies
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
Strong Business Analysis skills Requirement Gathering, Business Requirement documentation, Functional Specification documentation, User Acceptance Testing, Business Process Flow, Gap Analysis, Impact Analysis, Story boards, Use Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrix
Experience in User Acceptance Testing
Experience in project management and client facing engagements
Must have a strong analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from requirements
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to get and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible in taking on various projects
Strong attention to detail
Ability to deal responsibly with confidential information
Bachelors degree in related field
Record of academic and/ or business achievement
Tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio. Knowledge of SQL or SAS would be a plus

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Lead requirements on various products
Requirement gathering from client and business owners
Business Requirement documentation, Functional Specification documentation, User Acceptance Testing, Business Process Flow, Gap Analysis, Impact Analysis, Story boards, Use Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrix
User Acceptance Testing, Planning, Documentation and Execution
Onsite Offshore communication and co-ordination
Project Management for project with internal and external stakeholders
Establish the requirements baseline and trace requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Manage change in requirements over the project lifecycle and partners with the project manager to assess the impact on the project scope
Requirement gathering from white board sessions
Requirement documentation and sign off from business owners
Work with technical team for requirement prioritization and deployment
UAT testing of releases from business perspective to unsure requirement validation and verification
Ownership of initiatives from end to end perspective of deliverables and implementations
Project Management and Data Analysis for client implementations
