Responsibilities :- Experienced in detailed design of pumping stations/mechanical process plant, selection of pumps, valves, blowers/compressors, HVAC plant, material handling equipment, development of plant layouts, design of plumbing and fire fighting systems, specifications and enquiry documents and IS/BS/ANSI standards.
Provide engineering related design, analysis, and studies for domestic or international projects. Develops plans, coordinates and directs the engineering work for a major project, or several smaller, but complex projects, or for the design within a specific discipline. This includes work assignments, staffing, scheduling and review Develops or evaluates plans/criteria or special analyses required in support of the engineering effort. Develops new or improved techniques or procedures for application in unique engineering. Coordinates the design of assigned systems or projects with involved B&V personnel and client management. Maintains engineering records, lists and reports as required to ensure compliance with the clients schedule, adherence to the budget, adherence to procurement specification, or to ensure engineering problems are monitored and resolved. Supports continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements
Responsible for leading the projects.Candidates having experience in water and waste water projects will have an added advantage.

Candidate Profile :- ME/B.E (MECHANICAL) with at least 5 years experience in Design in Mechanical Building Systems with experience in HVAC and Plumbing will fit.Candidate should have exclusive 5-10 years experience of designing HVAC, plumbing and fire fighting systems. Candidate should be able to prepare conceptual designs, carry out detailed designs including calculations and associated general arrangement and 3D drawings, write specifications. Preference will be given for those who have handled international projects. Familiarity with SMACNA, ASHRAE, NFPA, OSHA, ANSI, UPC, IPC, IMC standards. Hands on experience on software such as HAP/ELITE/other heat load calculations software is essential and experience in energy modeling software will have an added advantage.
