Job Description Key Skills: As the AM – Institutional Sales, you will need to contribute to and to ensure implementation of annual & long range business plans to achieve business goals.
* You will be required to develop & manage key Client relationship and initiate business development activities and networking & sales with Corporate, HR managers, Administration managers, & end-users.
As the AM Institutional Sales, you will need to contribute to and to ensure implementation of annual & long range business plans to achieve business goals. * You will be required to develop & manage key Client relationship and initiate business development activities and networking & sales with Corporate, HR managers, Administration managers, & end-users. * Have to conduct regular site visits for the clients. * Have to develop turnover based pricing structure. * Have to co-ordinate for negotiation & closure of transactions * Have to co-ordinate for documentation with the HO & the legal department. * Have to assist in the marketing strategy & planning for pre-launch, launch & post launch activities. * Have to assist in the development of strategic business plans. * Have to submit Sales MIS to HOD on weekly basis. * Have to draft agreements for Institutional sales. * Have to Liaison with Statutory authorities like Banks, etc. * Have to coordinate with the Marketing and Sales departments.
