Origin Consultants Pvt Ltd a Retained Executive Search Services Company has been retained by a Highly Profitable Agrochemicals & Crop Protection Chemicals Export House with a Turnover In Excess Of Rs. 500 Crores to identify International Sales Manager Agrochemicals to handle the Middle Eastern Markets to be based at MumbaiThe International Sales Manager Agrochemicals - is a Senior Management Position reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), who reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)As an International Sales Manager Agrochemicals to handle the Middle Eastern Markets your responsibilities include the following~ Meeting the Sales Targets in the defined market and taking ownership for entire sales lifecycle from Leads to Closure for the Companys Agrochemical and Crop Protection Chemicals ~ Determine critical success factors for new client acquisition, negotiate and close business to ensure that Sales Targets are achieved ~ Managing the companys key accounts and mining the accounts for growth including cross sell and up sell ~ Manage the preparation of the budgets, reports, forecasts and performance and ensure they are presented in a timely manner ~ Ensure the continued development of the Companys client base by actively managing the expansion of products into new markets in line with the companys ambitions ~ Ensure that regular and relevant communication is made with potential clients across each of the markets in which the Company provides its products ~ Follow - up with customers for enquires, quotes, payments. ~ Communicate with export related authorities, and customers and suppliers in all relevant territories and countries ~ Accurately prepare and convey all operational and financial data to the Senior Management ~ Consistent evaluation of market conditions and trends in the International market ~ Direct efforts in implementing international sales and marketing plans to maximize profitability ~ Communicate on regular basis with the management and ensure that areas of concern are addressed promptly and thoroughlyEssential Requirements~ BE / MBA with 5 to 8 years of experience in International Sales for Agrochemicals or Crop Protection Chemicals in the Middle Eastern Countries like Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Yemen etc. ~ Have sound knowledge of agrochemicals ~ Must be self-driven and proactive should be able to own deliverables and commitments and need minimal supervision. ~ Must have high levels of integrity and should be the kind who builds trust based relationships with prospects and customers ~ Must have good knowledge of competitor products and services ~ Must bring solid sales skills opportunity creation, negotiation and closure, objection handling, etc. and familiarity in managing Sales funnel and pipeline ~ Must have the stature and confidence to interact directly with CXOs (CEO, COO, CFO and CPO in particular) and build trust and confidence with them. ~ Should be conversant with Custom, Excise, Octroi Rules and Regulation in the area of export clearances, liaison with DGFT, Banks, Customs, Central Excise, Export Promotion councils, Inspection Agencies, Embassies/ Consulates, CHA's, Shipping Companies, ECGC, Export Documentation and ClearancesMail your profile in word format to originconsultants@gmail.com For inclusion in our knowledge base & to keep abreast of Career Opportunities That Match Your Profile Connect to Nita Thaker on Linkedin - www.linkedin.com/in/nitathakerTO DISCUSS YOUR PROFILE CALL: Nita Thaker, Head Executive Search on +91-22-28261800 / +91-22-28268407 Company Profile Origin Consultants Pvt Ltd a Retained Executive Search Services Company has been retained by a Highly Profitable Agrochemicals & Crop Protection Chemicals Export House with a Turnover In Excess Of Rs. 500 Crores to identify International Sales Manager Agrochemicals to handle the Middle Eastern Markets to be based at MumbaiThe International Sales Manager Agrochemicals - is a Senior Management Position reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), who reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)The company is an Agrochemicals & Crop Protection Chemicals Export House with a Turnover In Excess Of Rs. 500 Crores.
