Responsibilities: Manage the End-to-End activities of recruitment process. Sourcing and Screening the CV's Using the various Job Portals. Understanding the requirement. Screening and sourcing the profiles mainly through references, head hunting and job portals. Doing initial telephonic screening of the candidates and scheduling their interview, taking their preliminary rounds of interview. Scheduling interviews by coordinating with both the interview panel and the candidates. After short listing, co-ordinate with candidates to schedule interviews with client and following up on the same.Desired Qualities Should have good communication. Possess strong interpersonal, convincing skills. Must have self motivation and positive attitude. Willing to work for extended hours when required.
