Given the diversity of industries, Products is uniquely positioned to help clients achieve high performance with differentiated industry, functional and technology transformation offerings.The Life Sciences industry group works with the following industries: Pharmaceuticals Biotechnology Medical products devicesand other companies across the life-sciences value chain, provides services such as large-scale business and technology transformation, targeted business performance improvement, and post-merger integration.Key responsibilities of the role:The LS Consultant will be responsible for helping in driving our Life Sciences clients strategy and business planning efforts. Responsibilities may include: Project Delivery: Work on small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients. Responsibilities may include strategy and process design in the following areas:o Product or Portfolio marketing strategyo Sales strategyo Sales Force Efficiency / Automationo Campaign Managemento Compliance and medico-marketing process improvementso Market entry strategy developmento Product launch strategyo Procuremento Manufacturing & logisticso Supply Chain Managemento Drug Research Process Improvementso Clinical Trials Process Improvementso Customer Relationship Managemento Patient Adherence Programso Pharmacovigilance and Adverse Events monitoring systems and processes Business Development: Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the practice Industry Expertise: Provide industry expertise in various sub-segments of the LS industry Domain Development: Develop assets and methodologies, develop points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, conduct public speaking and publish in industry periodicalsExperience:o Preferably worked in an international context servicing clients or worked internationallyo Should have worked in the Life sciences space and done work around (at least 3)o Product Management /Brand Managemento Channel & Distribution strategyo Channel optimizationo Sales strategy, operations & designo Sales Force Optimizationo Licensing & Partnering Strategyo Portfolio Strategyo Internal & External Analysiso Mergers and Acquisition pre and posto Retail Pharmacy Chains Strategyo Supply Chain Managemento Physician Relationship Managemento Patient Adherence Programso Medico-legal Complianceo Pharmaco vigilanceo Should be a part of the system implementation either as a business user or conducting User Acceptance Testing in area of (at least 1)o R&D / Clinical Trialso New Product Planning / Developmento Sales & Marketingo SFEo Manufacturing (ERP)o CRMo Analyticso Should have an excellent, established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements.o Should have an MBA from a Tier 1 B School.
