Qualification: Minimum- B. Tech. (Chemical engineering/ plastics and polymer engineering),

Preferable - Post Graduation (M. Tech. in Chemical engineering/ plastics and

Polymer engineering /Irrigation Engineering / Water Management)

Experience: 10 Years or more

Exposure:

Product Development: Irrigation System Components: Drippers, Inline/online, laterals, filters (Screen/Disc/ Sand/Hydro cyclone), drip fittings, fertigation equipment (Tanks/venturi/ dosing pumps), Sprinklers, Quick Coupler pipes, Sprinkler fittings etc.

Technical support Services: Drip/Sprinkler System designing, Lift Irrigation Schemes, Preparation of Techno-Commercial offers, Recommendations, Consultation, Trouble shooting (Chemical treatment of systems), installation practices, Preparation of technical manuals, Crop manuals, Product Specifications, bulletins/leaflets/brochures etc.

Standards and Specifications: Thorough knowledge of Irrigation Systems Standards and Specifications (Indian Standards/ ISO/ ASAE etc.), active participation in FAD 17 Committee of BIS. Thorough knowledge of market products and their features, specifications etc.

Close co-ordination with Marketing /Sales Depts., Production Dept., QA, Purchase, Stores etc.

Training: Training of field people, dealers, and customers.
